Community Calendar - will show you the dates and times of what's happening here at the apartments and in your neighborhood Residential Information - Remember -- rents are due on the first of the month and late after the 5th. Please make sure that you are changing your air filter each month. Come to the office for a new one. Also, please call in a Maintenance Request if you have ANY type of water leak in your apartment.
The new security cameras are up and running.
The new landscaping and palm trees look beautiful.
Parents please keep an eye on your children. Children are to be supervised at all times.
Look at our new move-in special -- $99 for the first month's rent. After the first month, you pay only $565 on all 2-bedroom apartments and $515 on our one-bedrooms. If you refer someone and they sign a lease, you get $50 off your rent the month after they move in. $$$REFER A FRIEND - SAVE SOME MONEY! $$$
